Mane upsets Liverpool and Klopp with a new statement about the Champions League

Senegalese international Sadio Mane, the Liverpool winger, made statements that may be disturbing to his former coach, Jurgen Klopp, and his former team, Liverpool, about the possibility of meeting his former team in the new season in the European Champions League.

Mane joined Bayern Munich this summer from Liverpool for 45 million euros, and signed a contract with Bayern Munich until 2025.

Mane was part of the Liverpool team that beat the German giants in the last 16 in 2019, as the Senegalese striker scored a brace to eliminate Bayern Munich, and Liverpool continued their campaign in the tournament and won the title after beating Tottenham in the final.

Mane had previously described his goal against Bayern Munich as one of his favorite goals, but he retracted that statement a bit when he spoke recently.

"Maybe my first goal in Bayern Munich is my favourite," Mane said in comments reported by the British newspaper, "Mirror".

"But now I will say my second favorite goal, not the first, because he is my teammate;

"But that's in the past now, if we were to meet again, of course we would have beaten Liverpool as Bayern Munich."

He concluded his statements by saying: "I came here to win all the possible matches, of course I want to win all the trophies, our goal is to win all the possible titles, I am here to help my teammates and achieve our dreams."
